Lucid Dream - Your Key To Success
A lucid dream means “being aware that you’re dreaming while dreaming”. There are many scientific researches done about it establishing that it is really happening.
In fact, this dreaming state can be done in two ways: the wake initiated lucid dreams (WILD) where the dreamer starts with a normal dream then concludes that he/she is dreaming and dream-initiated lucid dream (DILD) where the dreamer shifts from a waking state to a dream state without affecting the consciousness.
Each method must be learned thoroughly in order to do it right.
It may take a while though depending on how fast your mind responds to various steps involved during training.
It helps if you’re receptive to the idea and think positively about it.
On average in order to lucid dream, you may need to practice three weeks to two months before the first one happens.
Benefits Of Dream Awareness
There are six basic steps that you can follow. First is mental preparation. You must truly believe that dreaming can connect your subconscious mind with the conscious mind. Practice transforming your negative thoughts into positive ones so it would be effortless to do the second step which is to increase dream recall. This is not easy but there are several techniques that you can use.
Third step is keeping a dream journal. Fourth step is familiarizing yourself with your dreams. Fifth step is becoming aware of your waking state. Final step is combining what you have learned from your dreams and your awareness. These are the general steps to have lucid dreams.

Once you have made the connection between reality and your dream signs you can reap the benefits of this process. Your dreams tap what’s inside your subconscious mind so understanding what it means can greatly benefit how you deal with reality.
It may not be obvious at first but doing a reality check every time you see the dream signs have far-reaching and amazing effects in your life. Some of the benefits include improving problem-solving skills, enhancing creativity and dealing with your fears.
The combined power of conscious (also considered logical) and subconscious mind is limitless. By using both more often and positively, you can turn any of your dreams into reality.
